Finding the Funny Bone

Featuring more than 90 humorous poems by J.R. Poulter, Jan Turner-Jones and Marco Gliori, Finding the Funny Bone was produced in response to the positive feedback from teachers across the country to the release of the Poetry Action for Classroom and Stage series.

Finding the Funny Bone is designed for use in Australian classrooms use and whilst the approach is light-hearted it touches on some serious issues; and some fun ones as well! A comprehensive teacher's section is included which contains discussion points, extension exercises, activities and performance suggestions to supplement the poems and facilitate their multidimensional application in the classroom.
