Algebra Rules Wallchart (Grade 2)

This chart addresses the National Curriculum requirements in Maths in regard to knowledge and practise with Algebra. The idea of abstraction with the inclusion of letters in number problems is the start of the problem-solving in numeracy.

Algebra is an essential component for Maths and is extending the work from Grade 1 from tables and division to abstraction with Algebra. This chart can be used for several years based on the child obtaining fluency in the process of numeracy and seeking improvement and extension in number usage.

Write/wipe - gloss finish allows the children to practise and remove for further attempts by others or as a refresher.
