Addition and Subtraction Rules Wallchart (Grade 2)

This chart addresses the National Curriculum requirements in Maths in regard to number line in regard to addition and subtraction. The idea of the number line is a mental map of what the symbols and the number problem is when shown visually on a number line. This is part of the requirements in Grade for the National Curriculum.

Number line is an essential component for Maths and is extending the work from Grade 1 from addition and subtraction. This chart can be used for several years based on the child obtaining fluency in the process of numeracy and seeking improvement and extension in number usage.

Write/wipe - gloss finish allows the children to practise and remove for further attempts by others or as a refresher.
